We brew our compost year-round! It is an accumulation and constant revolving pile of manures (cow, goat, horse, duck, chicken, turkey, & rabbit), dead plant and produce matter, wood ash, print-free cardboard, and anything else we have that is organic and what most people would throw away.  It brews and brews, we mix and add, mix and add, repeat.  All year long. 
It is sold by the bucket load, and requires you to pick up on site!
