Our raw A2 Cream is carefully scraped 12-18 hrs. after fresh milk has been filtered and refrigerated.   It is then churned, whipped and lightly salted giving it an intense creamy, and buttery flavor that is to die for.  ​It has NO comparison to raw butter from a grocery store! 
Raw butter is essential! Lacking the pasteurized process, it contains contains more nutrients than store-bought butter because it's not heated during processing. Our A2 Raw butter contains vitamins A, D, E, and K.  It provides the immune system a big boost with its Lauric acid content, which is also found in breast milk and coconut oil.
